The Center at Innovation Drive, Building 300, Tewksbury, MA: Detail of a Corten Planter integrated into the Building Entryway. We used black river rocks as a boarder along the colored concrete patio as well as within the planter. The smooth black rock is a vibrant contrast against the rough rust color of the planter.
151 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA: The Willys-Overland Building, located within a Historic Commercial and Industrial Block in downtown Springfield, was built in 1917 as an automobile showroom and warehouse. We were tasked to transform it into 60 loft style apartments, tenant amenities, and street facing retail.
1 Lyman Street, Northborough, MA: We were engaged by Cable Matters to design their new Office & Warehouse Building on a site that required both planning board and design review. We successfully acquired all the necessary approvals but the project go hung up in court with one of the neighbors.
1 Lyman Street, Northborough, MA: The approved design, in response to comments from the residential neighbors, incorporated wood look metal panels, split face CMU, and a buffer of carefully placed trees and shrubs in lieu of the Clients original request for a modern metal & glass aesthetic.
